In a season that tested many of us—some through leadership challenges, others through personal or professional transition—this resonated deeply. I, too, have been navigating a transition and am excited to step into a new role on Monday, joining a team committed to service, strategy, and growth.
But what’s most important to share is this: during that transition, I learned the value of holding space. Holding space for others who are still in the process of what’s next—reminding them to keep moving forward.
