Leading and Living with Intentionality

Intentionality doesn’t have to be paralyzing.

There are pathways that can lead to a pattern or routine of intentionality.

- Susan Burroughs

First - Eliminate distractions.

Second - Set aside time daily to reflect on 3 things that you did with intentionality for at least 30 days.

Third - Perform a monthly audit to track and trend what you did to lead or live with intention.

Lastly - Celebrate your wins!

Rinse and repeat until this becomes so natural and a part of who you are.
